The Bruce Tagger

By Logan and Ben
The Bruce Tagger is a projectile-based marine organism tagging device. The device slingshots a miniature torpedo equipped with an acoustic pinger, a sound-based tracking device (We used a model to save time and money) into the fin of a dangerous marine organism from close range (<2 meters). We chose to name our project after both the "lovable" shark Bruce in the 2004 film Finding Nemo and after our teacher, also named Bruce.
